A new Chapter for Bray
RiversideWorks in Bray lies at the end of Mill Lane beside the Maltings and has been derelict for a number of years.
Dunmoy Properties Ltd have now submitted plans to Wicklow County Council for the development of Riverside Works.
We plan to revitalise the site providing high quality homes and work spaces for the people of Bray and also a communal Gym/multi-use space and Coffee Shop.

Before Chimney Works
The site was a plastics production facility and more recently was used for adhoc storage with a long term caretaker in place for 20+years.
Chimney Reduction
The site was cleared to enable the safe reduction in height of the Chimney. We plan to Restore the Chimney as part of our redevelopment.
